NUT Klaverjas Score
1. Toepasselijkheid
Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op het gebruik van de Klaverjas-app (hierna: “de app”) en de bijbehorende website klaverjas.mrnut.org.
2. Gebruik
De app is bedoeld voor entertainment en gemak (scorekeeping). Gebruik van de app is op eigen risico.
3. Geen garanties
De app wordt geleverd “as is” en “as available”. Er worden geen garanties gegeven over beschikbaarheid, nauwkeurigheid of betrouwbaarheid.
Scores, statistieken en spelresultaten zijn bedoeld als hulpmiddel en kunnen fouten bevatten.
4. Aansprakelijkheid
mrNUT is niet aansprakelijk voor directe of indirecte schade die voortvloeit uit het gebruik van de app, waaronder (maar niet beperkt tot) foutieve scores, dataverlies of geschillen tijdens het spel.
5. Toegestaan gebruik
Je gebruikt de app op een wettelijke manier en je probeert de app niet te misbruiken, te verstoren of te saboteren.
6. Kinderen
De app is niet bedoeld om persoonsgegevens van kinderen te verzamelen.
7. Wijzigingen
Deze voorwaarden kunnen van tijd tot tijd worden aangepast. Door de app te blijven gebruiken accepteer je de bijgewerkte voorwaarden.
8. Toepasselijk recht
Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing.

2. Use
The app is provided for entertainment and convenience (scorekeeping). Use of the app is at your own risk.
3. No warranties
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No guarantees are given regarding availability, accuracy, or reliability.
Scores, statistics and game results are provided for convenience only and may contain errors.
4. Limitation of liability
mrNUT shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the app, including (but not limited to) incorrect scores, data loss, or gameplay disputes.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app in a lawful manner and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to interfere with the app.
6. Children
The app is not intended to collect personal data from children.
7. Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
