Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited and permitted uses of the MrNut.org tools ("Services").

1. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, process, or generate content that is:

• Illegal or unlawful under EU or Dutch law
• Copyrighted material without permission
• Pornographic or sexually explicit
• Hateful, discriminatory, or violent
• Defamatory or harassing
• Intended for deepfakes of real persons
• Involving minors in any form

We may disable access for violations.

2. Prohibited Actions

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Circumvent watermarks without purchasing a license
• Perform automated mass processing without permission
• Use the Services for commercial SaaS resale
• Distribute or share your license key
• Upload harmful code, malware, or corrupted files
• Use the Services to violate any applicable laws

3. API Key Usage

If using your own API key for AI processing:

• You are responsible for keeping your key secure
• You accept all charges from the API provider
• Abuse or automated high-volume use may be limited

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or discontinue access for violations
• Block abusive requests
• Update this AUP as needed
