MrNUT Tools

Welcome to the suite of tools offered under MrNut.org / NutTools.ai. By using our applications ("Services"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Ownership

All tools, code, branding, artwork (including "Mr. Nut"), and documentation are the property of NUT Consultancy.

Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the tools. Redistribution, resale, or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited unless explicitly licensed.

2. Intended Use

You may only use the Services to process images you own or are legally allowed to edit. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with copyright and applicable laws.

3. No Warranty ("As Is")

The Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of outputs
  • Fitness for any particular purpose
  • That AI tools will work continuously or error-free
  • That background removal, upscaling, or resizing results are flawless

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for data loss, corrupted images, processing errors, misuse, or business losses.
  • We are not liable for damages arising from use of third-party APIs (OpenAI, Google Gemini, etc.).
  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the tool (if any).

You use the Services entirely at your own risk.

5. Licensing & Paid Versions

Paid tools may offer:

  • Watermark removal
  • Commercial usage rights
  • Unlimited lifetime access
  • Additional features

Licenses are personal and not transferable. Sharing login credentials or distributing the code is strictly prohibited.

6. Watermarked Output (Free Tier)

Free usage includes a visible watermark. Removing, modifying, or obscuring the watermark without purchasing a license is not permitted.

7. API Keys

You are solely responsible for:

  • Your own API key usage
  • Charges incurred by third-party providers
  • Keeping your key secure

We do not store or have access to your key.

8. Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

  • Copy or redistribute our code or UI
  • Automate scraping or batch-processing without permission
  • Use the tools for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer the application
  • Upload content that is unlawful or harmful

Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

9. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands (EU).
