End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and NUT Consultancy.

By purchasing or using the paid version of any MrNut tool, you agree to the following:

1. Grant of License

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the software.

You may:

• Use the tool indefinitely
• Use outputs commercially
• Remove watermarks (only with a paid version)

You may NOT:

• Copy, sell, redistribute, sublicense, or host the software
• Share your access with others
• Modify or reverse-engineer the software

2. Ownership

All intellectual property (including MrNut branding, mascots, illustrations, and UI design) remains owned by NUT Consultancy.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Publish the code publicly
• Offer competing SaaS using our IP
• Use the tool to violate copyright laws
• Attempt to disable licensing mechanisms

4. No Warranty

The software is provided "AS IS", without any guarantees.

We are not responsible for:

• Data loss or corrupted images
• Output accuracy
• AI model behavior
• Third-party API errors

5. Limitation of Liability

Total liability is capped at the amount paid for the license.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are offered only if the product is proven defective and cannot be remedied.

7. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate the Terms, AUP, or this Agreement.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
