  • Quality of background removal or upscaling
  • Preservation of image details
  • Compatibility with third-party systems

You use the Services at your own risk.

3. External APIs

If you choose to use your own API key (e.g., Gemini, OpenAI), you accept that:

  • Costs incurred are your responsibility
  • We do not control third-party policies
  • We are not liable for outages, rate limits, or API errors

4. No Storage of Images

All image processing occurs client-side in your browser. We do not store, view, or access your images.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • You own the rights to the images you process

  • Your usage complies with AI tool provider terms

We disclaim any responsibility for misuse.

6. Limitation of Liability
